By accessing or using the Metrix website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Account Registration

To purchase licenses and download software, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Metrix licenses are available in various types depending on the product. The license fee grants you the right to use the software in accordance with our License Agreement. Pricing and billing details for each product are listed on the pricing page.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after a license key has been delivered. If you experience technical issues, contact our support team for assistance.

4. License Keys

Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key. License keys are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed. Each license key has a maximum number of device activations as specified at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be shared, pirated, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Software Downloads

Software downloads are available to users with an active, valid license. You may re-download the software at any time from your account dashboard. We strive to maintain download availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to downloads.

6. Intellectual Property

All Metrix software, website content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Metrix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as described in the License Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Metrix software.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• •Distribute, share, or resell license keys
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
• •Use automated tools to scrape or access the Services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the website and download software will cease. License keys that have already been activated will continue to function on activated devices, but you will not be able to create new activations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
