When you activate a license, we collect a device identifier and device name to manage activations. This data is used solely to enforce license activation limits.

We may collect basic website usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address through standard server logs. Some products may transmit operational data to our servers to provide cloud-based features and synchronization.

For cloud-based products (Metrix Chain and Metrix Shooting Range), your operational data is stored on secure servers to enable cloud features. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
