Does it work at a market with no signal?
Yes. Show Mode keeps working offline, so you can ring up sales all day with no bars. Everything syncs when you are back on wifi.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get 14 days of Starter sync, no card needed: 3 devices, 1,000 items and 1 GB of photo storage. Teams come with a paid plan. When it ends you are on the free plan: one device and 100 items. Anything above 100 is hidden for 14 days, then deleted. Subscribe in that time and it all comes back. Subscribe during the trial and you are not charged until it ends.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. 100 items on one device, no card required, and every feature is included. You only pay when you want your phone and your computer synced, or you outgrow 100 items.
What happens to my stuff if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. The app stays installed, and you drop back to the free limits. You can export everything to CSV at any time, whether you are paying or not.
Can my helper use it too?
On paid plans, yes. Team members get access to the same inventory and can ring up sales on their own device. Everything they add is yours, and stays yours if they leave.
Can I bring in what I already have?
If it is in a spreadsheet, save it as CSV and import it. Metrix matches your column names to its fields, so most files come in without any fiddling.
